How long will my wig last?
With proper care, Bio Booni extensions are designed for long lasting beauty, maintaining their softness, natural look, and quality through regular wear and styling.
Can I dye or bleach my wig?
Yes — raw virgin hair responds to color exactly like natural hair. We recommend a licensed colorist experienced with raw hair extensions. Chemical processing voids the warranty.

How do I know my cap size?

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic is 3–5 business days. Express is 1–2 business days. International is 7–10 business days. All orders include 1–2 days processing.
Is shipping free?
Complimentary express shipping is included on orders over $300. International is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 60 countries via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. Customs duties are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Bio Booni offers a return window from the delivery date for eligible items. Products must remain unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached. Customized pieces may not be eligible for returns.
How do I start a return?
For return requests, please contact the Bio Booni team within the return period. Eligible requests will be guided through the return process, and refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
Wig Care
How often should I wash my wig?
For daily wear, every 7–10 wears or every 2 weeks. Use sulfate-free, color-safe shampoo and a deep conditioning mask. Air-dry on a wig stand.
Can I use heat tools?
Yes — our raw virgin hair handles heat up to 410°F. Always use a quality heat protectant and avoid daily flat-ironing. The hair returns to its natural texture after washing.
Can I sleep or shower in my wig?
You can occasionally sleep in it — braid loosely and wear a silk bonnet. We don’t recommend swimming, as chlorine and salt damage the cuticle.
